What to include
When reporting an issue, include the game title, page URL, browser, device, and a short description of what happened. This is especially helpful for blocked frames, broken thumbnails, wrong categories, outdated descriptions, or games that should open externally instead of inline.
Catalog corrections
Catalog feedback should be specific. A useful report explains which page needs attention, what appears incorrect, and what the corrected detail should be. Examples include a wrong game category, missing control note, outdated source information, or a tag that makes the page harder to find.
Support scope
Until a public support mailbox or form delivery system is configured, this page documents the information visitors should prepare for a useful report. Raven Hubs should not promise response times, account support, refunds, or direct control over third-party game hosts unless those operations are actually in place.
Useful report checklist
The fastest reports to review are specific and reproducible. If a game frame fails, include whether the issue happened before or after pressing Start game, whether retry changed anything, and whether the external play option worked.
