Guide
Browser Game Loading, Fullscreen, and Audio Checks
Use this Raven Hubs checklist to troubleshoot browser game loading, fullscreen behavior, audio prompts, and external play fallbacks.
Testing notes
How this guide was checked
Method
Open representative game pages, attempt Start game once, watch for blank frames, blocked embeds, fullscreen layout changes, audio prompts, retry behavior, and external-play fallback.
Device and browser
Desktop viewport and mobile-width responsive viewport / Chromium-family browser with responsive page checks
Result
Troubleshooting recommendations focus on observable page states and do not promise that third-party hosts will remain available.
Boundary
Use this guide for player-facing troubleshooting; repeated live-page failures should update play mode, indexing, ads eligibility, or page disposition.
Failure cases checked
- Frame remains blank after one retry
- Fullscreen shifts controls or creates accidental tap risk
- Audio prompt requires a gesture or is blocked by browser policy
Raven Hubs Editorial should log repeated failures and feed confirmed issues into catalog disposition review.
Test method
Start from the game page, press Start game once, wait for the first playable screen, then test reload, external play, fullscreen, and audio prompts. Record the browser, device, screen size, whether extensions were enabled, and whether the source host blocked inline playback.
When the frame stays blank
A blank frame can mean the third-party host blocked embedding, timed out, or changed its frame policy. Retry once, then use the external play link if available. If both paths fail, report the Raven Hubs URL, game title, device, browser, visible error state, and whether the frame failed before or after pressing Start game.
Fullscreen and audio checks
Use fullscreen only after the frame responds. Some games request a user gesture before audio starts, and some mobile browsers block autoplay. If fullscreen changes the layout, hides controls, or creates accidental tap risk near ads or navigation, the page should be reviewed before it is promoted.
Review outcome
A failed check can lead to changed play mode, external-only guidance, noindex while the page is corrected, advertising disabled for that page, or complete removal when the game cannot be verified or played reliably.
